An Odd Yellow Warbler

While sorting and deleting photos this morning, I came across this shot I have been keeping for quite a while.

This Yellow Warbler looks extremely green. I think it is a mix of darker-than-usual coloring and the shade of the tree causing this variation.

    Hi Lisa: Have you considered that this might be a Mourning Warbler?

    That is certainly a possibility. An immature Mourning could have the yellow throat and broken eye ring. Thank you.
