Brush-tipped Emerald Dragonfly

 This shot was taken during June of this year. There seem to be a number of emeralds around now. In fact, I saw at least two at Second Pond yesterday, but they continued to fly out over the water. The in-flight shots I got were not detailed enough to identify them.
This specimen was seen at Second Pond in Goulds. Note the brush-tipped hamules on this male. This helped to confirm the identification of this dragonfly.
